Nationwide, dispatches are available from 6:00 AM to 3:00 AM the next day.
For B-Mart, dispatches are available from 9:00 AM to midnight (24:00) on the same day.

Yes, foreigners are welcome! However, only those with F-2 (Residence), F-5 (Permanent Residence), or F-6 (Marriage Immigration) visas are eligible to sign up.
